Margaret C. Gourash, age 90, of Mars, formerly of West Mifflin, died on Saturday morning, April 28, 2018 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp. Born in White Oak, PA on May 18, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Laboski Homyak. A homemaker, Margaret was a member of St. Kilian Church in Cranberry Twp.

, and also belonged to the Royal Court at St. Ferdinand’s. She was an avid Bunko player. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Gourash, who she married on October 17, 1953 and who died on January 24, 1994, by a daughter, Mary Margaret Gourash, and her siblings, Edward Homyak, Ann Rady, Mary Bartko and Helen Madeja.

Beloved mother of Thomas Gourash (Deborah) of Columbus, OH, Richard William Gourash (Sandra) of Orlando, FL. , Sally Kramer of Stevensville, MD. , and James Gourash (Linda) of Mars, grandmother of Christopher, Jessica, Eric, Ashlyn, Brooke, Dillan, Calvin, Matthew, Lindsey and Sophia, great grandmother of Jackson and sister of John Homyak of Minneapolis.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc., 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Kilian Church, 7076 Franklin Rd.

Cranberry Twp. , PA 16066 on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Fr.
