Obituary for Margaret M. Finnegan Margaret Mary Finnegan, (nee Condon) of Blackwood, NJ passed away at home on Sept. 18,2018 at the age of 98 years. Devoted wife of the late William Finnegan who predeceased her in 1963.

Beloved mother of Margaret Staub (Robert) of Blackwood, William M. Finnegan (April) of Blackwood, Ann Finnegan of Blackwood, and James Finnegan (the late Victoria) of Bellmawr, NJ. She is also survived by; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces nephews and their families. Mrs. Finnegan was a long time faithful Parishioner of Our Lady of Hope Parish/St. Jude’s Church, where she was a former member of the Altar and Rosary Society.

She was a very active member of her community throughout her lifetime, serving as Past President of Blackwood Little League Ladies Aux. , Past President of St. Joseph’s H.S. P.T.A. in Camden, and former member of Blackwood Fire Co. Ladies Aux. She enjoyed vacations in Sea Isle City, visiting the casinos in Atlantic City, and spending time with her family.

She was always there to support her children, grandchildren, and great-children, whether it be school events, sporting competitions, or other functions, she was the mom who was always there, and she will be sadly missed. Viewing will be Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM at Our Lady of Hope Parish/St. Jude’s Church, 402 S. Black Horse Pike, Blackwood, NJ 08012, where her Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow at New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr. In lieu of flowers, contributions would be appreciated in her memory to United Cerebral Palsy at www. ucp.org Condolences may be shared at www.
