Margaret Kathryn “Margie” Stafford, age 84, of McKean, formerly of Edinboro, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018. She was born May 23, 1934 in Erie County, PA, the daughter of the late Stephen and Eva (Katnik) Petrus. As the wife of a dairy farmer and mother to three sons, Margaret could always be found tending to the house, working on the farm, or in her vegetable garden.

She also enjoyed reading, spending time with her family, writing letters and needlepoint, She was preceded in death by her husband, Arden, and brothers Stephen and Emil Petrus. She is survived by her sister, Mary Salchak; sons Richard Stafford, of McKean, Gary (Susan) Stafford, of Edinboro and Jeffrey Stafford, of Edinboro. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandsons.
