OBITUARY Margaret Polidori May 16, 1921 – September 25, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Margaret Polidori, 97, passed away peacefully at Scalabrini Villa in North Kingstown, RI on Tuesday, September 25, 1918. She was predeceased by her loving husband Joseph Polidori after 74 years of marriage. Margaret was born on May 16, 1921 in Enfield to the late Frank and Julia (Wasik) Garstka.

She resided in New Britain raising her family and working for Fafnir Bearing until her retirement to Old Saybrook in 1981. Margaret was a communicant of St. John Church in Old Saybrook and a member of the Columbietts. Marge was a woman of faith.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and aunt, always putting others first. She is survived by her son Richard Polidori of Boca Raton FL and daughter JoAnn (Walter) Wilks of Narragansett RI. She also leaves behind six grandchildren: Shawn, Jennifer, Colleen, Carrie, Nikki and Alexandria; fourteen great grandchildren; and daughter-in-law Judith Polidori.

Marge was predeceased by her brother Joseph Garstka and sister Frances Lamoureux, Vera Ryder, and Jennie Jazwinski. Visitation will be held at Swan Funeral Home, 1224 Boston Post Rd, Old Saybrook on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 9:30 -10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM at St. John Church, 161 Main St., Old Saybrook.

Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Route 145, Westbrook.
