Margaret’s Obituary Margaret James was born in Blakely, Georgia to the late Willie C. Cook and Ella Mae Causey. Margaret grew up in Blakely where she attended the local schools. After moving to Fort Pierce and visiting numerous churches, Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church was her choice.

She became a member under the leadership of the late Rev R.J. Clifton in later Dr. Howard D. Coleman. She was a faithful member by serving on the Pastor’s Aide, Society Committee for many years and served on the White Rose Usher board. Margaret never accepted defeat; she was determined and punctual in her work efforts, giving examples to her daughter and grandchildren’s.

She was a self-made woman working for many years as a caretaker and finally retired. She enjoyed good times with her family. On February 2, 2019, Margaret’s journey began to the heaven above.

The angels escorted her home to a land where there shall be no more pain nor suffering. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie C. Cook and Ella Mae Causey, Brothers, Willie C. Smith, Odell Smith, Walter Cook, and Franklin Dr. Smith, Sisters< Clara Cook, Lorene Green, and Jeannie Mae Johnson. We laugh ,cry and rejoice as we cherish the many memories those who adored her are: Daughter: Sandra Paige, Son-n-law: : Nelson Paige, Jr. granddaughters: Rasheena Tolbert, Grandson: Nelson Paige, III, Great Grandchildren: Tantaius Toussaint, Jr., Jordan Dickerson, Nelson Paige, IV, Robert Jones, Jr, Jayden Dickerson and Melanie Paige.
