Obituary of Margaret Starling AIKEN, SC– Margaret Elizabeth Rodgers Starling, age 88, passed away peacefully August 31, 2018 following an extended illness. A life-long resident of Aiken, she was born on February 19, 1930 to the late Theodore & Cola Jackson Rodgers. She was self-employed and was a member of Bible Faith Holiness Church.

Survivors include a granddaughter Heather (Mark) Roberts of Aiken; a grandson Andrew Lewis III of Aiken and 4 great-grandchildren, Gavin Lewis, Carolina Lewis, Whitney Hammonds, Sydnee Hammonds, Kayla Hammonds & 3 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by a brother, Gerald Rodgers and a son, Andrew “AJ” Lewis, Jr. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Bible Holiness Church, Columbia Hwy. , Aiken, SC with the Rev.

Eddie Moyer officiating. Interment will follow in New Beginnings Congregational Holiness Church. The family will receive friends beginning one hour prior to the service at the church.
