Mission, Texas Maria D. Segovia entered into eternal rest on Monday January 14, 2019 surrounded by her family at the Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. Maria was born on November 18, 1935 in Rio Grande City, Starr County, Texas. Maria ad been a long time resident of Mission.

Maria is survived by eight daughters and one son; numerous of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Rivera Funeral Home in Mission from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a prayer service talk to begin at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 10:00 AM with Monsignor Juan Nicolau officiating.

Cremation service will follow.
