Obituary for Marian Alfreda Bush Marian Alfreda Bush, 87, of International Falls, Minnesota died on Monday, July 2, 2018 at Rainy Lake Medical Center. Marian was born on January 16, 1931 at Rolla, North Dakota and moved with her family to International Falls in 1941. She graduated from Falls High School in 1948 where she started working her senior year for Mando and later for Boise Cascade and retired in 1998 as a secretary with 50 years of service.

She loved all sports and was a member of several bowling leagues, and she enjoyed traveling and reading. Marian was a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ruth Bush; sister-in-law, Ann Bush; and brother-in-law, David Backlund.

Survivors include a brother, Duane Bush of Minneapolis; sister, Sharon Backlund of International Falls; four nieces, Debbie (Jerry) Whilhite, Tammy (Tom) Sutch, Patti (Tim) Grinsell and Barb (Mike) Johnson; nephew, Bob (Kim) Bush and numerous other nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 11:00 am at Zion Lutheran Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral.
