MARICA T. SPUDIC age 86, of Verona, formerly of Duquesne, on April 20, 2018. She was born July 20, 1931, in Brajak-Brdo, Croatia, to the late Petar and Kata (Baic) Tomas. She was a retired housekeeper at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, a member of St. Joseph Church, Verona, PA, and the Croatian Fraternal Union Lodge #320.

Wife of the late Dragutin Spudic; mother of Barbara (Michael) Opat of Verona, John Spudic of North Huntingdon, and Walter (Valerie) Spudic of Pine-Richland Twp. ; grandmother of Susan (Jeff) Ezykowsky, Nicole (Michael) Zalac, Dylan Patchin, Charles and Edgar Spudic; one great-grandson, Jeffrey Ezykowsky; sister of John (Josephine) Baic of Jackson Center, PA, and the late Josip Tomas and Misko Tomas; also survived by nieces and nephews in America and in Croatia. Visitation Sunday, April 22, 2018, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MALOY – SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave.

, Duquesne, 412-466-3300. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, April 23, 2018, at St. Joseph Church, Duquesne, at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery.
