Marie Mackey Stephens, age 85 of Dublin, passed away Friday, January 11, 2019. Mrs. Stephens was born in Dexter and lived in Dublin for most of her life until moving to Atlanta to be near family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Mackey and Maudie Achord Mackey, her husband Charlie B. Stephens, brothers, Eddie E. Mackey and Louie T. Mackey.

Mrs. Stephens was a homemaker. A graveside service for Mrs. Stephens will be held 1:00 PM, Monday, January 14, 2019 at New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include her daughter and son-in- law, Sandra and David Stewart and a granddaughter, Megan Stewart all of Atlanta.
