Obituary for Marie Markham FORT WORTH – Marie Markham, 91, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Oct. 15, 2018. Marie was born on June 17, 1927, in Waxahachie, Texas.

She was a devoted christian and member of Sabine Place Baptist Church for 25 years and a Sunday School Teacher. Marie loved to paint, travel, cook, bargain shop, do family gatherings, collect cook books, and most importantly, her husband. She was a devoted wife and mother that loved her family and friends.

Survivors: Husband of 66 years, Bill Markham Sr.; children, JoAnn Lagassey, Brian and wife, Pat Markham, Bill Jr. and wife, Cathy Markham, David Markham, Kathy and husband, Bill Harget and Jimmy and wife, Lisa Markham; more than 25 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
