Obituary for Marilyn Elizabeth Mosher (Wildes) Marilyn Elizabeth Mosher, 84, of Kennebunk, died Friday, October 5, 2018 at Maine Medical Center in Portland from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born in Cape Porpoise on March 25, 1934, a daughter of Chester D. and Thelma Louise (Welch) Wildes. She was educated locally, graduating from Kennebunk High School.

For 40 years, Marilyn was the Manager of Bowdoin Drug Store and Gift Shop, then several year at Brooks Pharmacy, followed by Rite Aid, and Kennebunk Village Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Assistant. After a wonderful career, she retired to take care of her grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing, spending time with family and friends, and loved going to the beach.

She is predeceased by a daughter, Sheryl Mosher in 1967; and her brother, Milton E. Wildes. Marilyn is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, William G. Mosher Jr., of Kennebunk; her son, Joseph Mosher and wife Lori of Kennebunk; two daughters, Vanessa G. Pargellis and husband Greg of Kennebunk, Dawn M. Jewett and husband William of Arundel; 3 sisters, Margaret Pierce of Parsonsfield, Rachael Collison of Saco, Marion Berry of Long Island, NY; seven grandchildren, Amanda and Leah Mosher, Zachary and Nathaniel Jewett, William Pargellis, Gabriel Jewett, Benjamin Pargellis; along with several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. at Bibber Memorial Chapel, 67 Summer Street, Kennebunk.

Burial will follow in Arundel Cemetery, Kennebunkport.
