Warren – Marilyn R. (Shedd) Swallow, 79, died on Friday, June 1, 2018 at Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center. She leaves her son, Roger Swallow and his wife Wendy of Warren; a daughter, Diane Giles and her husband Barry of Ontario, Canada; a sister, Gayle Chernisky of Florida, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her former husband William Swallow in 2005, and her former husband, Paul Scheibler.

She was also predeceased by her son, Brett Swallow in 2017. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late George and Lillian (Pendell) Shedd and lived 30 years in Arcadia, Florida before moving here recently. Marilyn worked as a bus driver for several years before retiring recently.

She loved orchids, trips to the casino, and was also a member of the Moose Lodge while in Florida. Funeral Services for Marilyn will be held privately. Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield is assisting her family with arrangements.
