Marinell Dominick, 86, of Vidor, passed away with her loving family by her side on March 26, 2019, at her home. Funeral services will be 2:00pm, Friday, March 29, 2019, at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont. Officiating will be Reverend Benny Thomas.

Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont. Visitation will be from 5:00pm-8:00pm, Thursday, at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont. Born in Fastril, Texas, on February 10, 1933, she was the daughter of Jim Bob Durham and Mamie (Gardiner) Durham.

Marinell worked for TSO for several years in the lab. She and her late husband Sam founded Triangle Blue Print in 1966. She was famously known for her spaghetti and meatballs.

She enjoyed golf and going to the casino. She was an avid gardener and loved watching her humming birds; as well as going fishing and seashell hunting at the beach. Most of all she loved being with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Dominick; her life friend, Calvin Turner; and her siblings, Cecil Durham, Bernice Compton, Edna Compton, Darvin Durham and Billy Durham. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Jaylynn Lavergne and husband, George of Vidor; grandchildren, Marc Lavergne and his wife, Teri, Randall Lavergne and Callie who has a great-grandchild on the way; brother, Waymond Durham and wife, Mary of Houston; her fur baby, Ringo; and her grand fur babies, Willy, Teal, Remy, Lacy, Roux, and Meeko. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society, 4 Bayoubrandt Dr. Ste.
