MARK E. EASON December 17, 1958 – March 5, 2019 On Tuesday, March 5, 2019, Mark Eason, loving Companion to Jane Sullivan, passed away at the age of 60. Mark was born on December 17, 1958 in Richmond, Ca to Eugene and Darlene (Gray) Eason. He recently retired from the Teamsters Union and had spent many years with Waste Manage-ment and recently Saroni Rice Sugar both of Oakland.

Mark attended John Swett high School in Crockett where he excelled in Football, Diving, and Golf. He then played golf for the Stan-islaus State Team. Soon afterwards he accumulated three course records in the Bay area, Chabot in Oakland, 63, Hidden Valley in Clear Lake, 65, and matched a 65 at Diablo Creek Golf course in Concord.

He topped it off with 13 hole in ones…he truly let his clubs do the talking. Mark also enjoyed cooking, animals and the San Francisco Giants, but his passion was golf. He was a member of Green Valley Country Club and the Golf Club at Whitehawk Ranch.

He enjoyed playing with his buddies competitively and for fun on and off the road. Mark was known for his quiet and kind demeanor, quick wit, infectious smile, and kind and compas-sionate spirit. A true sportsman on and off the course, he will be missed!

Mark was preceded in death by his father Eugene and his mother, Darlene. Survivors include his brother, Michael Eason (Erly) and their son, Joshua of Rodeo; niece, Bridget; his aunt and several cousins. A celebration of life will be held on March 28 at 4:00 PM at Green Valley Country Club, 35 Country Club Dr., Fairfield, CA.
