On Thursday, December 6, 2018, Services for, Mrs. Palmer will be held 11:00 am at Vaughn C. Greene West Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore , MD with the family hour beginning at 10:30am. The interment will take place at Mt. Zion Cemetery, in Baltimore, MD on Thursday, December 6th at 1:00 pm following services.
