Ms. Patterson was born January 17, 1947 in Fort Payne, Alabama to Eugene Jackson and Eva Lee Walker. She leaves to cherish memory, one daughter, Christal Bowman of Jefferson, TX; two sons, Terry Evatt of Fort Payne, AL and Tim Patterson of Pisgah, AL; special friend of 30 years, Earl Hughes of Jefferson, TX; seven grandchildren, Jacob Lyda,Jr, Zanna Patterson, Zoey Evatt, Erica Hinchee, Miah and Kenzie Carter, Jessie Wilks; twelve great-grandchildren; one sister, Phobe Epps; two brothers, Donald Jackson, Ronald Jackson and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael Evatt; two grandsons, Chris Evatt and Arsen Carter; one sister, Doris Palmer and one nephew, Charles Palmer. Services will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, May 19, 2019 in the chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden with Bro. Taylor Duncan officiating.
