Martha, a daughter of the late Kemp and Nancy Mills Powers, was born October 26, 1916 in Halifax County, NC. Public Viewing will be Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 1:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. at Cofield Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Roanoke Rapids, NC with Brother Jeff Haislip giving the funeral discourse. Interment will follow in the Mills Cemetery (behind London Baptist Church), Roanoke Rapids, NC. The Cofield Family and Staff of Cofield Mortuary are honored to provide comfort, assistance and service to The Howell-Powers Family.
