Mary’s Obituary Mary Alice Hice James, 75 of Dumas passed away on December 27, 2018 in Star City, Arkansas. She was born February 9, 1943 the daughter of the late Everett and Cindy Hice. Her parents and husband, Billy Ray James and grandson, Patrick Sullivan all preceded her in death.

Mrs. James was a member of Garrett Bridge Assembly of God Church and a homemaker. Survivors are three sons, Ricky L. James of Dumas, Timmy R. James of Star City and Brandon James of Star City, two daughters, Terry Bates and Tracy Harris both of Star City, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation held from 6-9 pm, Friday, December 28, 2018 at Griffin Funeral Home.

Funeral services held at 10 am, Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Garrett Bridge Assembly of God Church with Rev. Paul Pickens officiating followed by burial in Tyro Cemetery. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Alzheimer’s Arkansas.
