Obituary Service Details Mary Ann Davis, nee, Leveling, age 80 of O’Fallon, IL, born on April 25, 1938 in East St. Louis, IL, died on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 in St. Louis, MO. Mary Ann retired as an office manager for Nixon & Company in St. Louis, MO. She enjoyed reading, bowling and playing cards.

She was preceded in death by her son, Raymond Anthony “Tony” Chomicki; her parents, Clarence and Gladys, nee Castleberry, Leveling; and her sister, Carol Jean Gorazd. Mary Ann is survived by her children, Denise (Andrew Gleeson) Chomicki, Michelle (Randy) Perjak, and Elaine (Mark) Stone; her grandchildren, Nathan (Stacy) Perjak, Julianne Perjak, Tyler Perjak, Rachel Ratay, Bradley Ratay, Alexandra Ratay, Danielle Chomicki and Renee Chomicki; 4 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Diana Sue (Gene) Belt. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Backstoppers. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL with Mr. Fred Bodimer officiating.

Private burial of cremated remains will follow service.
