OBITUARY Mary Ann Kervin July 7, 1926 – January 9, 2019 Mary Ann Kervin passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in Grapevine Texas. Cremation Rites have been accorded. She was born in Dallas, Texas on July 7, 1926 to Roderick and Alicia O’Connor and formerly resided in both Fort Worth and Granbury.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard J. Kervin, sisters, Peggy Braxton and Alicia Condon, and brother, Roderick O’Connor. She is survived by her children, Richard Kervin Jr. and wife Becky, Alicia Collins and husband Jeff, and Ann Kervin. Mary Ann also leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mary Ann graduated from Ursuline Academy and received her nursing degree at St. Paul’s, both in Dallas. She continued her active career as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Worth, Hood County General in Granbury and Plaza Medical in Fort Worth for over 50 years. She is a former resident of the Conservatory in Keller and Silver Ridge in Colleyville.

Mary Ann was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers fan and was always ready to surprise all with her knowledge of teams, players, and stats! She had a sharp wit and was always ready to laugh. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Hill North Chapel, located at 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas 75220.

Committal will be at Calvary Hill Cemetery. A reception will follow for family and friends at Calvary Hill. Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery in Dallas, Texas has charge of arrangements.
