Mary E. (McDonald) Quenzler, 87, of Hannastown, died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019, in Loyalhanna Care Center. She was born April 27, 1931, in Ohio, a daughter of the late Catherine Haggerty.

She was a member of St. Bartholomew Church and their Rosary Altar Society. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald W. Quenzler; a son, Christopher Allen “Donut” Quenzler Sr.; and a granddaughter, Tonya Quenzler She is survived by two children, Ronald C. Quenzler (Karen), of Greensburg, and Kim Stanko (Robert), of Derry; three grandchildren, Christopher Allen Quenzler Jr. (Heather), Nicholas Scott (Angelina Salo) and Tiffany Quenzler; two great-granddaughters, Addisyn and Carleigh Quenzler; a brother, Richard Haggerty, of Derry; a sister-in-law, Judy Himler, of Greensburg; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Mary from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC.

, 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Pantalone Funeral Home, with Father Justin Matro, OSB officiating. Private interment will be in Calvary Hill Cemetery, Crabtree.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Humane Society of Westmoreland County, P.O. Box 1552, Greensburg, PA 15601. The family would like to thank the staff of Loyalhanna Care Center, Excela Home Care and Hospice and the PCU unit of Excela Health Latrobe Hospital for their compassionate and loving care of Mary during her illness. Mary’s family has entrusted her care to the Pantalone Funeral Home Inc., Greensburg.
