Preceded in death by husband, Billy Simpkins; parents, Ernest & Janette Brown and 10 siblings. Survived by children, Terry ( Winifred) Simpkins, Kitty (Bill) Lowe, grandchildren, Mary Simpkins, Andrew Lowe, Jared Lowe and a host of family and friends.

Gathering of family & friends Friday January 18, 2019 4pm until 8pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. Visitation Saturday, January 19, 2019 at with Funeral Service following at Frances Presbyterian Church in Frances.
