Obituary for Mary Hurtack Mary Hurtack, 100, of Jamestown, NY, formerly of Beccaria, passed away Monday, December 30, 2018 at Heritage Village Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center, Jamestown. Born on April 24, 1918 in Madera, she was the daughter of the late George and Helen (Carroll) Visnosky. On September 14, 1940, she married John Hurtack in St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ramey.

Mary was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Ramey. She loved sewing, cooking, baking, rug making, and gardening. She is survived by two sons, James (Elaine) Hurtack of Jamestown, Thomas (Patricia) Hurtack of Jamestown; three daughters, Janet Hurtack of San Diego, CA, Faye (Donald) Robeson, Nancy Pulsney, and nine grandchildren and nine great grand-children.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Annie Evanchack and Kathryn Thompson, four brothers, George, Nicholas, John, and Frank Visnosky, and two great-granddaughters, Anna and Maria. . Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Holy Trinity cemetery, Ramey.
