OBITUARY Mary Jane Anderson January 19, 1948 – November 28, 2018 Mary Jane Anderson, 70, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at WFB High Point Medical Center. Mary Jane was born in Guilford County January 19, 1948, a daughter of the late John Loflin Grant and Ann Lois Allen Grant. After raising her family, she retired from High Point Central High School after working there for many years.

Mary Jane was a member of High Point Friends Meeting. She loved traveling and spending time with her family. Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Johnny Anderson.

Surviving are three sons, Ken Anderson and wife Myra and their children Chloe and Robert (Courtney) and their children Lily Grace and James; David Anderson and wife Cindy and their children Ryan and Logan; Keith Anderson and wife Joella and their children Grant and Collin; brother, Bobby Grant and his wife Trish and their daughter, Suzanne. A Celebration of Mary Jane’s life will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Davis Funeral Home by Pastor Joseph Neal. Burial will follow in Floral Garden Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 6 until 8 p.m. and at other times at the home of Ken and Myra Anderson. Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice. DONATIONS Memorials may be directed to the charilty of the donor’s choice.
