Obituary for Mary Joy Ing Services for Mary Joy Ing, 88, Friendship, will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Friendship Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Drace officiating. Burial will follow in Bellevernon Cemetery. Mrs. Ing passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital after a short illness.

She was born in Gibson County, TN, daughter of the late Mamie Jerine Parr and Harold Watson. She had been a CNA sitter for Jackson General Hospital and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Other than her parents Mrs. Ing was preceded in death by her husband, Wana Ing.

She leaves a daughter, Marchelle Duncan (Denny) of Bells; granddaughter, Andrea Pence (Luke) and great grandson, Declan Pence. Pallbearers for the service will be Terry Harris, James Harry Jordan, Nixon Brasfield, Lamar Whitaker, Gary Mayfield and Randy Forsythe. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 until service time at the funeral home.
