Mary L. Howard (nee Kane), 75, loving wife of 58 years to Eugene F. Howard, Sr. of Roxborough, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at home. Born August 16, 1943 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Catherine (Trout) Kane. Mary was an employee at the Reilly Foam Corporation for 40 years as well as the Brown’s Family Shoprite of Roxborough for 20 years.

Mary is survived by her husband, Eugene F. Howard Sr., as well as her children, Mary Jean Rumsey (Jim), Linda Cain (Andre), Eugene F. Howard, Jr. (Debbie), and Christopher Howard (Gretchen). She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, James Rumsey, Jr., Jason Rumsey, William Paul Freed, Nicole Miller, Melissa Auxter, Misty Romanowski, Eugene F. Howard, III. , Holly Freed, Kaitlin Howard, Christopher Howard, Jr. and Payden Howard as well as her 17 great-grandchildren.

She was one of 10 siblings, Joseph Kane, Patrick Kane, Kathy Vasso, Susan Kirk (Jim), Tim Kane (Mary) and Lisa Cerrone (Ed). She was predeceased by her brothers Ned, Jack and Kevin Kane. Friends and Family are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, March 28th, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Koller Funeral Home (6835 Ridge Ave.

, Phila. , PA 19128). Interment private.
