OBITUARY Mary Maxine Guarnella December 17, 1929 – September 3, 2018 Mary Guarnella, 88 years old, passed away on September 3, 2018. Born Mary Maxine Mullis in Eastman, Georgia, December 17, 1930, Mary was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-three years, Robert Guarnella, Sr. Mary is survived by son Robert, Jr. and wife Pamela of Loganville, GA. ; son Randy and wife, Lisa of Albuquerque, NM; daughter Laura Morrison and husband John of Nokomis, FL.

At the center of Mary’s life were her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her beloved sister Jean (deceased), nieces and nephews. She will be remembered always for her kindness, compassion and unconditional love. Mary was a member of Trinity Nazarene Church and a devout Christian who lived out Christ’s principles every day: her life was a testament to the powerful teachings and examples of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ whom she served while on Earth.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in her name to Trinity Nazarene Church, Wilkinson Road, Sarasota, Florida 34231. This was Mary’s wish. A graveside service will be held at Sarasota Memorial Park on Friday, September 7 at 11 AM.

Mary’s friends are invited to attend.
