OBITUARY Mary Rockwood September 2, 1937 – November 29, 2018 Age 81, of Cambridge, passed away on November 29th, 2018. Born September 2nd, 1937 to T. Fred Endter and Bessie M Fisher Endter in Galesberg, IL. She graduated from Galesburg High School on June 2nd, 1955.

She continued her education by attending Iowa State College, Ames Iowa and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics Education. She married George S. Rockwood on November 21st, 1963. They lived in the Twin Cities for their entire married life until George’s death on June 5th, 2017.

Mary taught home economics at the Twin Cities area schools and worked for many years at Daytons as an accountant. George and Mary had one daughter, Nancy. They loved to travel and go camping – pulling their travel trailer while Nancy was growing up.

Mary loved knitting baby hats for hospitals. Many babies kept their little heads warm with the hats she knitted. She also loved watching old TV shows, crossword puzzles, coloring, dogs and playing bingo.

She moved to Grace Pointe Crossing in Cambridge after the death of her husband. She was a life-long member of Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church. Survived by her daughter, Nancy.

Memorial service at a later date. Memorials preferred to Nancy via the Funeral Home (2250 St. Anthony Blvd NE, Minneapolis MN 55418).
