Mary Ruth Hamby, age 78 of the Coalhill Community passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was retired from Kaisor- Roth Hosiery. Mary was a Christian and loved her Lord and Savior.

She also loved going to the beach with her family, but her pride and joy were here 2 grandsons and 5 great grandsons. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Hamby; Her Parents; Son, Ricky Hamby; Two sisters and one brother. Mary is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Taylor of Coalhill and Kathy Schubert and husband Tommy of Oliver Springs; Grandsons, Travis Schubert and wife, Jessica of Knoxville and Cody Taylor and fiance’, Stephanie Carwile of Coalhill; Great grandchildren, Jeriah, Jace, Jarin and Jessa Schubert and Landon Taylo;r Very special friend, Katie; Sister, “Sissy”, Betty Ritter and husband James; Special niece, Karen Lane and husband Dewayne.
