Mason Robert McCauley, 18, of Shelocta, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019 in McIntyre after injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born Wednesday, January 3, 2001 in Shelocta, the son of Kirk R. McCauley and Nina L. Isenberg McCauley. He was senior at Indiana High School, where he played on the Lacrosse Team and was very involved in digital media.

He was employed as a mechanic at D & L Cycle in Homer City. Mason enjoyed wake boarding, fishing, hunting, especially archery, camping and his vacations to Deep Creek, Md. but his true passion was working on and riding motorcycles.

He will always be remembered as a compassionate role model who took the time to help others. In addition to his parents, he is survived by 3 siblings, Abby Liane McCauley of Shelocta, Natasha N. Wise (Jason Hilty) of Homer City and Ewing Greenhill of Shelocta, his paternal grandparents, Larry and Linda Swalga McCauley of Clarksburg and his maternal grandparents, Neal and Flora Rhea Isenberg of Shelocta and numerous adopted Aunts and Uncles and his cousins. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 from 4:00PM to 9:00PM in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD, 400 Indiana Ave.

, Avonmore, Pa. Funeral services will be held at the North Apollo Church of God, 507 20th St., North Apollo, Pa. on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 11:00AM with Pastor Lee Rupert, officiating.

EVERYONE IS TO MEET AT THE CHURCH. Interment is private.
