Matthew’s Obituary Matthew Ervin Weber, 48, of Uhrichsville passed away on March 2, 2019 surrounded by his loving family at Aultman, following a brief illness. A son of the late Henry Douglas Weber and Karen Elizabeth Krantz, he was born in Dover, Ohio on March 21, 1970. Matt graduated from Strasburg Schools in 1988.

He worked in quality control for Skyline Corporation for over 25 years. Matt enjoyed all things cars, he was an avid Hot Wheels collector, appreciated car shows and all classic cars. He also liked to watch Ohio State University and Dallas Cowboys football.

Matt will be missed at the family vacations at the beach in Englewood, Florida, that he enjoyed so much. January 6, 1989 he married Michelle Marie Grandison with whom he recently celebrated 30 years of loving marriage. Also surviving are his sons, Cory (Danielle) and Matthew Weber; siblings, Lori (Donald) Crites, Sonya Stein, and Greg Weber; brothers-in-law, Karl, Russell, and Jim (Rachel) Grandison; sister-in-law, Karen Grandison; mother-in-law, Karla Grandison; a first grandchild expected in September; numerous nieces and nephews; and his dog, Bella.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his father-in-law, Rusty Grandison and Grandmother Gertrude Griest. In keeping with Matt’s wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Those wishing to honor his memory by a charitable contribution are encouraged to do so to the Tuscarawas County Humane Society.
