Maydelle’s Obituary Maydelle Arnette Ward, age 69, of Locust Grove died Thursday, January 31, 2019. She was born in Atlanta, GA to the late Jesse Graves and Sarah Elizabeth Murray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, John Ward and Murray Martin, and a brother, Raymond Graves.

Ms.Ward is survived by her siblings, Laura Simpson of Prattville, AL, Betty Murray of Locust Grove, GA, Julie Costner of Miami, FL, David Graves of Griffin, GA, Rose Marie Locklear of Eutawville, SC, and John Murray of Harvest, AL; a multitude of loving nieces and nephews, and many other family, friends, and loved ones. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors with Reverend Kenny Heath officiating. Interment will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery.
