Melinda C. Hagaman, 30, of Rockford passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018. Born on December 15, 1987, in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Mark and Janelle Melinda (Bea) Hagaman. Melinda was at Physical Therapist Supervisor of Outpatient Rehab Services at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center for 6 years.

She was Boylan Catholic High School Graduate and a member of St. Bridget Parish. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 North Rockton Avenue and will continue on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at St. Bridget Catholic Church.
