OBITUARY Melissa Thomson July 4, 1957 – October 25, 2018 Melissa Thomson, 61, unexpectedly passed away on October 24, 2018. She was born July 4, 1957 in Bowling Green, KY. Melissa was a Northrop High school Graduate.

She obtained a Fine Arts Degree from IPFW. She was an artist, seamstress and milliner with a passion for all things with class, beauty and elegance. Surviving are her daughter, Michaela (Rob) Weir; grandchildren, Penelope Null and Veda Null; siblings, Holly (David) Dool, Maria (Joe Moisica) Rittenhouse; significant other, Matthew Craig; and her beloved Frenchie, Gigi; and cat, Bess.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Christina Martin; brother, John Clark, and mother, Marilyn Ellett. Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Ave. , Fort Wayne, IN 46805.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to H.O.P.E for Animals.
