He was rejoined with his parents Austin and Hazel Crump. Survivors include his children Michelle, Becky, Amy, Melanie, and Michael Austin, 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and siblings Elaine, Pat, Carolyn, and Bonnie as well as nieces and nephews.

Mike was known for his charm, character, infamous one-liners, and love of family, friends and traditional country music. He was the true definition of a gentleman and a father figure to many. He was a friend to so many people and will truly be missed.
