Michael Chojnacki, 49, of Marysville, passed away on February 14, 2019 in Henry Ford Hospital after a short illness with his family by his side. He was born on April 9, 1969 in Warren. Michael married Christy on November 23, 2005 in Port Huron.

He enjoyed being with his family and his dogs, Bucky and Cali. Michael also enjoyed watching sports including the Red Wings, UofM and the Detroit Lions. Michael is survived by his wife, Christy Chojnacki of Marysville; two sons: Caleb Davies and Logan Chojnacki both of Marysville; his parents, Dennis and Diane Chojnacki of Fort Gratiot; mother-in-law, Shirley Long of Marysville; brother and sister-in-law, Christopher (Joy) Chojnacki of Roseville; sister-in-law, Shelley (Mike) Power of Sarnia; brother-in-law, Charles (Karen) Long of Port Huron and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Jowett Funeral Home, 1634 Lapeer Ave. at 17th Street, Port Huron. The Rev.

Max Amstutz will officiate. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Jowett Funeral Home. Memorial tributes may be made to the Wishes of the Family.
