OBITUARY Michael Dempsey Reece November 26, 1954 – July 28, 2018 Mr. Michael Dempsey Reece, age 63 of McDonough, Georgia passed away July 28, 2018. He was born in Austell, Georgia to the late Arnold D. and Roma Lee Hulsey Reece. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vicki Denise Kellar Reece.

Mike was a manager at Boles Parts Supply. He loved to spend time with his daughters and being Papa to his grandchildren. He enjoyed boating, camping, riding his Harley and making memories with his friends.

Survivors include his daughters, Kim (Josh) Kammerer of Conyers, Cindy (Ricky) West of McDonough and Ashley Austin of Locust Grove; grandchildren, Blake West, Justus Kammerer, Reanna West, Ansley Austin, Mallory Austin and Jeriko Kammerer; sisters, Gail (Jimmy) Williams of Douglasville, Joyce (Jerry) Ferguson of Temple and Tonya Rice of Douglasville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2018 – 1:00 PM in the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Gary Thompson will officiate.

Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Atlanta. Friends may visit the family Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions are asked to be made to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation, University Office Park Dartmouth Bldg.
