Obituary for Michael Ploudre Michael Ploudre, of St. Clair, Missouri was born April 21, 1944, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Eugene and Dolores (nee Hermann) Ploudre, and entered into rest, Monday, December 3, 2018, at his residence in St. Clair, Missouri, at the age of 74 years, 7 months and 12 days. He is preceded in death by his parents, his true love of 54 years Anna, and one sister Elizabeth. He is survived by, five (5) children, Vincent Eugene Ploudre of Bourbon, Missouri, Tricia Ann Sansoucie (companion David Black) of St. Clair, Missouri, Kenneth Michael Ploudre of St. Clair, Missouri, Lisa Marie Schmidt of St. Clair, Missouri, and Tonya (husband Damon) Peeler of Desoto, Missouri, twelve (12) grandchildren, Mindy Jones, Melissa Ploudre, Jesse Ploudre, Cody Black, Brady Black, Hayden Schmidt, Drake Peeler, Landen Schmidt, Gavin Peeler, Graysen Schmidt, Lawsen Schmidt, and Dominic Ploudre, three (3) great-granddaughters, Skylar Ploudre, Autumn Ploudre, and Noelle Jones, one (1) sibling, LaDonna Evelynn Ware, and many other family and friends.
Michael enjoyed spending time and traveling with his family. He loved to camp, collect clocks, and more than anything loved driving in his black Cadillac. He also enjoyed Cardinal Baseball, Sunday Football, and most importantly watching his grandson’s play football.
You will never meet a man that worked harder for his family. He loved watching Gunsmoke and The Rifleman and was never shy to cut a rug with his beautiful wife. Michael was always the old man playing his music loud and dancing with his family at the campground.
Visitation Friday, December 7, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at 7:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri. Memorial donations may be made to Chapel Hill Mortuary for Michael’s Funeral Funds. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
