Michael Tiffany “Mayday Mike” HOOPER – Michael Tiffany “Mayday Mike”, 41, passed away May 14, 2019 at his home. He was born March 3, 1978 the son of David Ira and Lois Giesbrecht Tiffany in Mountain View, California. Throughout his life he resided in Cuppertino, CA 78-81, Clinton, UT 81-97 and 98-2011, and Hooper, UT 2011-2019.

He was a member of the Lutheran Church. Survived by his mother, Lois Tiffany, brother, Dylan Tiffany, sister-in-law, BreAnne Tiffany, life partner and soulmate, Jennifer Tiffany, son, Mathew Tiffany, Trinadi Tiffany (whom he dearly loved as his own daughter), and all of his many friends and family that loved him. Preceded in death by his father, David Ira Tiffany, sister, Jessica Ginger Mae Tiffany, half-brother, Todd Peyton, and niece Alyssa Dawn Peyton.

He loved to go hunting, especially duck and elk. He earned his Private Pilot’s Certificate in 2000 and was a significant influence for his brother, Dylan Tiffany, to get his as well. Michael always had the dream of starting his own air taxi service with his brother.

He was an accomplished drummer and he loved to learn and play all of his favorite band’s songs. For a while he was into demolition derby which his family so enjoyed watching. He was so kind hearted and loved deeply.

He would always come to anyone’s rescue. He would give anything he had to people in need. He always wanted to share his knowledge and experienced to anyone who would listen.

He has so many friends and family who loved him and will miss him dearly. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main. Friends may visit family Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family suggests donations to help cover funeral costs due to the circumstances of his death. Friends and family may donate to Michael Tiffany’s Memorial Account at America First Credit Union Acct#9109463.
