Obituary for Michael Wayne Alexander Michael Wayne Alexander, 53, of Vian, Oklahoma passed from this life on December 10, 2018 at Cornerstone Hospital in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He was born May 4, 1965 in Newport, Arkansas to the late Warren Albert and Ruby Irene (Finley) Alexander. Michael loved to fish, loved his family, and was proud to be known as a wonderful father and grandfather.

He was a Christian and a member of the non-denominational church. When you saw Michael that is who you get; he was not an actor nor was he fake. Michael was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Phyllis Daniel and nephew, Tony Jenkins.

Left to cherish his memory are his Life Companion of 25 years Yvonne Davis Alexander; two daughters, Laura Dunbar and April Polo; four sisters, Alma Flippo, Melba Davis, Patsy Alexander, and Thelma Brinkley; two brothers, Jerry Alexander and Scotty Scoggin; and six grandchildren, Mason Dunbar, Destiny Nicholson, Jonna Nicholson, John Nicholson Jr., Christian Arriaga, and Jason Arriaga. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m., Friday at Powell Funeral Home in Bald with services to follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Bradford. Arrangements entrusted to Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob-Judsonia.
