Michael “Bo” Boehler, age 63, of Highlands Ranch, CO passed in Douglas County Colorado on Oct 23, 2018 Mr. Boehler was born January 22, 1955, in Springfield, the son of Nicholas and Lora Helen (Irwin) Boehler. He was a 1973 Graduate of Lincolnwood High School, where he was the Pitcher for the 1973 State Baseball team that finished 3rd. He went on to pitch for the U of I and was a member of the Illini “I”, the varsity Letterman’s club.

He graduated from there in 1978. He was a avid sports fan and fitness enthusiast. He followed football and Illini basketball.

Mike’s Many Business ventures in Chicago, Montana and most recently Colorado allowed him to touch the lives of people all over the world. Among his wide circle of friends he was known as one they could count on. He is survived by his siblings; Patrick (wife Betsy) Boehler of Hillsboro, Philip Boehler and significant other Marsha Muller of Waggoner, Barbara (husband Larry) McKinney of Taylorville, and Ginny (husband Terry) Brockmeyer of Raymond and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A friend Brenda Magsamen of Castle Rock, CO also survives him In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, David Boehler; and Don Boehler, and a sister, Betty Tischkau.
