Michel Labonne was born January 9, 1950 in Canada to Renel Labonne and Rose (Laroche) Labonne. He went to be with his Savior on Monday, June 25, 2018. Michel married Sylvie Leblanc and they were married for over forty-one years.

He loved collecting miscellaneous things, was always willing to help someone in need, and he loved his family. Michel was preceded in death by his parents. Those left to cherish his memories are his wife Sylvie Leblanc; children, Chantal Belanger and husband Simon Racanelli of Montreal Canada, Marylie Thompson and husband Greg of Arlington, Sebastien Labonne and wife Stephanie of Whitney, Texas; grandchildren, Alexandre Renaud, Kameryn Mach, Jaxon Mach, Leo Thompson, Peyton Labonne, Mckayla Labonne; sister, Ghislaine Hebert and husband Roland; brother, Andre Labonne and wife Suzanne Grenier; and sister Johanne Labonne and friend Marie-Pierre Leclerc.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that you pay it forward in kindness by showing your love for Michel by helping someone in need. Celebration of life service for Michel will be held Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Emerald Hills Funeral Home in Kennedale.
