Michele Rene Williams 60 passed away on November 22,2018. She was born on April 4th, 1958, in Santa Ana, California, and grew up in Anderson, Indiana. A graduate of Madison Heights High School, Michele lived in Indianapolis where she pursued her passion of painting, sculpting, and drawing, while working as a caretaker.

She was valued in her community for her big heart and willingness to help those in need. She lost her battle to cancer on November 22nd with loved ones by her side. She fought with grace, strength, and bravery throughout.

She is preceded in death by Penny Williams (mother), Curtis Williams (father), Michael Boyd (uncle) Melvin Boyd (grandfather), Rachael Blakemore (grandmother), Denise Williams (sister), Rocquel Hamer (sister/cousin), and Francis Johnson (friend). Private services will be held for the family. She leaves to cherish her memory, her partner, Michelle Johnson, children Cecely Davis, Kenny Richardson, and Taylor Johnson, 6 grandchildren, Melanye Floyd (sister), nieces and nephews Khalilah Williams, Baraka Floyd, Veda Edwards, Ciara Floyd, Ki’Andre Lewis, Khalil Williams, and Keanta Walker.
