Michelle Lynn Elliott Owens of Oak Ridge gained her angel wings on Tuesday January 22, 2019 after an extended illness and complications from Alpha 1 Deficiency an uncurable lung disease. Michelle was a 1977 graduate of Oak Ridge High School where she was a well known athlete for her amazing basketball and softball skills and her love for all sports. She is preceded in death by: Her Mother Patricia Ellis Elliott and sister Robin Elliott.

Survived by: Father Glenn (Blue) Elliott son and love of her life Michael Daugherty and fianc’e Kimberly Kelly and grandson Adan. Friend and caregiver Lisa Smith and husband Jimmy. Fur babies: Toby, Karma and Herman Brothers: Mike and wife Jana Elliott, Robert (Bobby) Elliott.

Survivors also include her lifelong friend Kim (Grace) McGhee and several other friends and family members. Visitation with the family will be January 25, 2019 from 5-7 pm at Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home with a memorial service at 7 pm with Rev. Judy Simmons officiating.
