MILDRED CHOATE, age 78 of Clarkrange, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018 at the CUMBERLAND MEDICAL CENTER in Crossville. Funeral service will be Sunday, July 1, 2018 at 3:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the STORIE CEMETERY.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. MILDRED CHOATE is survived by her: Daughters, KIM TAYLOR and husband NICK ANGELA CLARK and husband GLENN 4 Brothers and Sisters, OLLIE PRICE BILLY PRICE and wife ELLEN CHARLES PRICE and wife JUANITA PHYLLIS BROOKS and husband STEVEN Sister-in-Law, BETTY PRICE 3 Grandchildren, TYLER CLARK TARA YOUNG and husband DUSTIN NICK TAYLOR and wife REBEKAH 2 Great-Grandchildren, CASON RILEY She is preceded by her: Husband, DONALD “DON” CHOATE Parents, GORDON E. and BULAH E. (ROYSDEN) PRICE Brother, RAY PRICE Sister, EVELYN STEPHENS In LIEU OF FLOWERS the family requests donations be made to the Hope Foundation, Best Friends Sanctuary, or a charity of your choice. Donations may be left at the Jennings Funeral Home in Jamestown.
