Mildred D. Collier Pinconning, Michigan Mrs. Collier, age 97 loving mother, grandmother and sister passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at St. Mary’s Standish Skilled Long-Term Care Facility. She was born on October 9, 1921 in Bay County, Michigan to the late Joseph & Adeline (Dubay) Talbot. She married Lawrence Collier on April 8, 1947 at the Visitation Church in Bay City.

She enjoyed playing cards and reading but most of all family visits with her children and friends. She is survived by her children sons; Kevin (Marcella), Mark (Joan), Gregory (Audrea), Jamie (Mindy), and Michael (Helen) Collier, daughters Christine (Karl) Eckerle, and Barbara Cadwell, 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Also surviving, a brother in law Richard Lambert, and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a daughter Colleen Collier, a brother Virgil (Linda) Talbot, a sister Gloria Lambert, a sister and brother in law Lucille & Edwin Oldinski, a sister in law Irene Talbot, brother and sister in laws Virgil & Albertha Collier. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, November 12, 2018 at 11 am from the Holy Trinity Parish-St. Michael’s Campus with Rev. Fr.

James Carlson presiding with burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery. Friends may call at the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home on Sunday, from 2 to 8 pm. On Sunday, a Rosary will be held at 3 pm and a Prayer Vigil at 7 pm.

On Monday, Mildred will lie in state at the church from 10 am until time of service. In lieu of flowers those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Library or Technology Fund at St. Michael’s School. The family would like to extend a heartfelt Thank You to the Standish Skilled Long-Term Care Facility and Compassive Hospice of West Branch for the compassionate care given to their mother.
