Mitch Grochola Beloved Husband, Father, Brother and Grandfather, 91 Mr. Mitch Grochola, 91, of Clifton, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Passaic. The funeral will be conducted from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Saturday, January 5 at 8:30 a.m. There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Clare’s Church, Clifton at 10:00 a.m. The interment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visitation will be on Friday, January 4 from 4:00 –8:00 p.m. Mr. Grochola was born in Jaroslaw, Poland and resided in Clifton for the past 53 years.

He was an Elevator Engineer for EDI/ECI, Inc, Paterson from 1970 until his retirement in 1995. Mr. Grochola was a member of the International Brotherhood, IBEW, Local #3, Flushing, NY. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Alice (nee Grodzka) Grochola; his devoted children Robert Grochola and his fiancée JoAnne, and Michael Grochola and his wife Diane; his loving brother Casey Grochola, his loving sisters Gina Mitchell and Tonia Lingwood; and also his cherished grandchildren Michael and Ava.
