Obituary for Monika Anni Cornichuck Monika A. Cornichuck passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018. Monika was born in Ludwigsburg, Germany. She married Anthony F. Cornichuck on August 27, 1971.

Monika worked for the El Paso Independent School District for many years at Andress High School. She retired in 2008. She was active in several organizations, such as the German Wives Club and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.

Monika was proceeded in death by her mother, Wilhelmina Geisselmeier, and her husband, Chuck. She leaves behind her daughter, Deborah Merritt. A Gathering of Remembrance 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass.
