OBITUARY Mother Essie Mae Kendrich July 27, 1929 – September 23, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Mother Essie Mae Kendrich, 89, of Newnan, GA passed away on September 23, 2018. She was born in Newnan, GA on July 27, 1929 to the late Jessie Moss and Easter Strickland Moss. She is preceded in death by her husband, Josephus Kendrich; parents, Jessie and Easter Moss; sisters, Rosa Moss, Bessie Moss, and Lillia Houston; brothers, Jessie B. Moss, Willie Moss, and James Moss.

Survivors include her sons, Bernard T. Kendrich and Bishop Chinoel G. Kendrich (Martita); daughters, Janine R. Miller (Triso) and Sharolette V. Williams (Robert); grandchildren, April Berry, Oliver Connally (De’Andra), Duran Connally (LaKeshia), Chinoel Miller, Carols S. Reid (Rhasida), Corey S. Bryant, Jeremy Kendrich, Joseph Kendrich, Amber Kendrich, James Jordon (Marina), Jeremiah Jordon, William Wilson, Dyamler Bradley (Kosi); 15 great-grandchildren, sister, Daisy Brown (Robert); sisters-in-law, Dorothy Moss, and Mildred Moss; brother-in-law, J. C. Houston; and other sisters and brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; and friends. Funeral services will be held at Celebration of Praise Life Center in Sharpsburg, GA on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 11:00am with Apostle Tilden Colton officiating. Visitation will be at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, Ga on Sunday, September 30, 2018 from 1:00pm-4:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Sharolette V. Williams or Chinoel G. Kendrich.
